What does working at Inovo look like?
CURRENT JOB VACANCIES
- You will work together with the wider Inovo team to design and deliver infrastructure projects, subdivisions, multi-unit and comprehensive developments ranging from two to 1000 lots plus.
- Have exposure to project stages from Concept to Detailed Design and deliveryWork from our modern Auckland Office located on Princess Wharf
- Unlimited potential for career development
About You:
- Hold a relevant qualification such as a Bachelor of Engineering or National Diploma in Engineering
- 3+ years of land development and/or three waters engineering experience in Auckland
- Proficient or at least familiar with 12D software
- Understanding of AutoCAD, EPA net, Stormwater modelling, 2d flood modelling packages and Microsoft office
- Have an understanding of the RMA and planning processes
- Understand 3910 contract management
- Knowledge of Auckland civil engineering and construction specifications, standards and codes
- Superb mathematical, time management and organisational abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key aspects of the role include:
- Preparing resource consent applications for a range of activities, including land use, subdivision, and take and discharge consents across both the North and South Island
- Supporting projects under the Fast‑track Approvals Act
- Assisting with planning advice, statutory assessments, and consent strategies
- Engaging with councils, clients, consultants and other stakeholders
- Contributing to high‑quality written planning reports and assessments

We are seeking an experienced and driven civil engineer, with strong contract management and construction monitoring experience to assist in delivering large scale land development projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading client-side delivery of large-scale land development projects
- 3910 Contract Management including Engineers Representative duties
- Construction Monitoring and Quality Assurance responsibilities
