Combined with our surveying, resource consents and architectural services team, we have the inhouse resource to quickly evaluate site constraints and develop solutions in a holistic manner to accelerate the design process.

We provide practical planning advice for resource consent projects at every stage, whether you are at feasibility stage, need help obtaining a resource consent before or after you buy a site, or have already lodged an application and the council has asked for more information. We can prepare Consent Applications, Assessment of Environmental Effects (AEE), Plan Change applications, respond to a request for further information (RFI), help manage council liaison for resource consent matters, and advise on the next steps if your resource consent is delayed, notified or heading to hearing.
